Order Confirmation
As soon as you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships (usually within 1-3 business days), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Track Your Package
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your tracking number directly with the carrier listed in that email.
Haven't received a tracking email?
If it's been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder, then contact us at info@veyro.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Delayed or Missing Package?
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, reach out to us at info@veyro.com and we'll help track it down.
