Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@veyro.com with your order number before sending anything back.

EU / UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us at info@veyro.com within the 14-day period. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@veyro.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please request a return for a refund and place a new order.
